Risk Management (bagian 2)

Ada 4 point penting dalam Risk Management:

  1. Risk Communication (Apply interpersonal skill, assess stakeholder risk tolerance, document risk-related information, create regular status report). Dalam risk communication bebeapa hal lain yang harus dikuasai diantaranaya adalah mengetahui model komunikasi, perencanaan komunikasi yang baik, cara berkomunikasi yang efektif dengan stakeholder, information distribution, presentation skills and teknik, tipe dan style komunikasi, communication medium and methods, general maangement skill, leadership skill, information distribution technique, risk reporting.
  2. Risk Analysis (identify Risk, evaluate risk attributes using qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,Prioritize ris, Establish control limit). Untuk menjaga agar proses Risk Analysis dapat berjalan dengan lancar maka perlu dipelajari pula hal berikut: setting control limits, information gathering technique, utilizing historical project information, the qualitative risk analysis tools and technique, how to perform stakeholder sensitivity analysis, and establishing control limits and supporting decision making.
  3. Risk Response Planning (develop a risk respone strategy, develop a contigency approach, present recommendation to key stakeholders). Hal yang perlu dipahami untuk menunjuang keberhasilan Risk Response Planning adalah types of strategies for negative risk, types of strategies for positive risk, secondary risk, residual risk, contigency plans, contigency reserves, fallback plans, workaround, various risk response techniques, reserve management practices, negative Vs positive risk, interpreting risk-related data, presenting opportunities to stakeholder.
  4. Risk Governance (Document and record lessons learned, refine risk policies and practice, create risk management plant, establish matrics for risk management processes, exemine process performance, monitor risk performance, identify relevant policies and standards). Untuk menunjang Risk Governance dapat berjalan lancar maka hal yang perlu dipahami adalah creation of the risk management plan, framework of the processes, how to document and archive lessons learned, risk policies and practices, continous process improvement, evaluate performance through defined baselines, interpreting metrics, conflict management, results measurement.
